At Originym, we strive to provide high-quality garments and excellent service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following cancellation and refund options:

Order Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipping:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
    • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at [support email or phone number].
    • If the order is successfully canceled within the specified time frame, a full refund will be processed.
  2. Cancellation After Shipping:

    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
    • However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return policy (see below).

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are only available for items that are returned in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and unworn.
    • You must initiate the return within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund (see our return policy for more details).
  2. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Items on clearance or sale are not eligible for refunds.
    • Customized or personalized garments cannot be refunded unless there is a defect or damage.

Late or Missing Refunds:
