14-Day Replacement Window

You can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your order, either for a size change or if your product arrives damaged.

Proof Required

For any replacement, we require clear photo and video proof of the issue. This helps us process your request quickly and fairly.

Unpacking Condition

If the item is damaged, the proof must be recorded right after unboxing, before the product is used.

Tag Requirement

The original product tag must be intact and attached. Items without the tag will not be accepted for return or replacement.

Once your request and visual proof are verified, we’ll arrange your replacement and guide you through the next steps.
